@DISKO “TEN TO TEN” & “TEN TO TEN REMIXES” RELEASE PARTY

今年デビュー10周年を迎え活動を本格的にスタートさせた RYKYUDISKO。
3月～5月にかけて行なわれた10周年を記念したツアーでは日本各地で RYUKYUDISKO を待ち望んでいたファンにその勇姿で見事に応えた。
5/25に WOMB で行なわれた @DISKO ツアーファイナルは石野卓球、KEN ISHII、砂原良徳らをはじめ、彼らと縁の深いアーティストが勢揃いし、1000名を越える動員を記録し多くの祝福に包まれた素晴らしいパーティーとして記憶されたばかりだ。そして6月には４年振りとなるニューアルバム 「TEN TO TEN」 をリリースし、RYUKYUDISKO の勢いはますます増すばかりである。
そして今回 RYUKYUDISKO がニューアルバムと、さらに続く8月14日に10名のアーティストが参加したリミックスアルバム 「TEN TO TEN REMIXES」 のリリースを記念してリリースパーティーを開催することが決定した。
DEXPISTOLS や SUGIURUMN 、NEWDEAL らリミックスに参加したアーティストや、今回のパーティーもリリースパーティーに相応しい豪華なラインナップが勢揃いしている。
さらに、今回の RYUKYUDISKO のセットはこれまでの彼らがリリースしてきた楽曲をメインに構成されたこの日限定のスペシャルなセットを披露する。
FUJIROCK FES や WIRE13 への出演も果たし、アルバムやリミックスアルバム、ベスト盤とリリースラッシュの彼ら。

This year saw the full-scale launch of RYUKYUDISKO to mark 10 years since the unit's debut.
The 10 year Anniversary Celebration Tour, which took place from March to May this year, was met with superb reception from RYUKYUDISKO fans across Japan eagerly awaiting the unit's performance.
The pair teamed-up with closely associated artists such as TAKKYU ISHINO, KEN ISHII, and YOSHINORI SUNAHARA for the finale of the @DISKO tour at WOMB on May 25th.
The event will be remembered as a spectacular party where over 1000 revelers celebrated alongside the artists.
RYUKYUDISKO gained yet more momentum as the pair released "TEN TO TEN", their first album in four years, in June.

This time RYUKYUDISKO will hold a release party on August 14 to celebrate the new album as well as the release of the mix album "TEN TO TEN REMIXES", which featured as many as contributing 10 artists.
The party boasts a stunning "release party" lineup which includes artists who contributed to the remix album, such as DEXPISTOLS, SUGIURUMN, and NEWDEAL.
RYUKYUDISKO also plan to deliver a special one-off set centered around their past releases.
With their performances at FUJIROCK FES and WIRE13, and their album remix and best of release rush RYUKYUDISKO are becoming a new name in electronic music.
