パリ出身、ロンドンを拠点に活躍するDJ/プロデューサー。数多くのセレブリティが訪れた伝説的パーティ“BoomBox”や“Ponystep”等のレジデントDJ、Vivienne WestwoodやGareth Pugh等のショーの音楽ディレクション、Housse de RacketやKylie Minogue、S-Express、Goldfrapp、Ladyhawkeのリミックス・ワークを手掛ける等、音楽やファッションをはじめとするクリエイティブ・シーンで活躍。現在、フランスのKITSUNÉやドイツのGomma等のヨーロッパの優れたインデペンデント・レーベルや、自身が運営するContinental Recordsからリリースを行う等、精力的に活動している。
JERRY BOUTHIER, the DJ/producer behind the acclaimed KITSUNÉ BoomBox, Ponystep and Soleil series (the latter in partnership with co-founder Gildas) makes a leap forward by introducing a gorgeous, dreamlike slant to DJ mixes: ‘Kitsuné Trip Mode’ is an exclusive compilation inspired by the escapists’ moods of the catwalk.
French born, but long-time London resident, JB was resident at the infamous London party "BOOMBOX" and released the legendary KITSUNÉ-BOOMBOX CD which attracted rave reviews all over the world.
Acting as music director for VIVIENNE WESTWOOD, Jerry also produces under the name JBAG, remixing KYLIE MINOGUE, LADYHAWKE, GOLDFRAPP, HOUSSE DE RACKET, S-EXPRESS and many more. Jerry runs the label CONTINENTAL and is resident DJ at KITSUNÉ for their international events.
