●入場時にお渡しするリストバンドは再発行出来ませんので、絶対に外さないでください。
●再入場は禁止になります。車の出し入れも同様に禁止です。発覚した場合、再度お一人様につき当日入場料金と車1台の駐車料金を回収させていただきます。
● リストバンドを付けてないお客様は、理由に関わらず入場料金を頂きます。
●小学生以下のお子様は保護者同伴の場合に限り無料でご入場いただけます。怪我や事故等の責任は負いかねます。
●チケットの複製やその他不正入場が発覚した場合、警察署へ身柄を引き渡します。
●駐車位置はスタッフの誘導に従って下さい。
●会場内及び近辺で他のお客様の迷惑になるような行為を行ったりスタッフの指示に従わない方は即退場いただきます。その際、料金の払い戻しは致しません。
●危険物及び法律で禁止されてる物の持ち込み、または使用を禁止させていただきます。発覚した場合は直ちにご退場いただきます。
●喫煙はマナーを守りましょう。タバコのポイ捨ては厳禁です。必ず携帯灰皿などをご使用ください。
●デコレーションを含む会場内の全ての設備を破損させた場合、損害賠償を請求させていただきます。
●山の天気は変わりやすいので、昼は暑く、夜は非常に冷え込む可能性も御座います。十分な防寒対策、雨対策、日差し対策をお勧めします。
●雨天決行になりますが台風、荒天は中止になります。
●天災や不慮の事故、悪天候、その他何かしらの影響で中止になってしまう際の料金の払い戻しは致しません。
●各自で出したゴミは必ず思い出と一緒に必ず持ち帰りましょう。
●運営陣の判断によりイベント内容の変更を行うことがあります。

● Upon admission to the event, you will be given a wrist band, please do not remove as it cannot be re-issued
● Re-entry is not possible
● Those not wearing a wristband will be charged the full admission fee, regardless of the reason.
● Elementary school students and younger will be given free admission, only if accompanied by an adult. The safety of them will be the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian, we cannot assume any responsibility for any risk or accident. ○ If replication of tickets, or another form of unauthorized / unlawul admission is discovered, this will be reported to the police.
● For parking, please follow the guidance of the staff on where to go.
● Once in the venue, if you cause harm to others, other customers or staff members, or behave in an abnormal, nuisance or abusive manner, you will be demanded to leave the venue immediately. Refunds will not be given.
● The possession of any dangerous items, goods, and anything considred to be illegal by Japanese law is strictly prohibited, and not allowed into the venue. If deceted you will be asked to leave without refund immediately.
● In regards to smoking, please do not throw any ash out onto the site, please use ash trays /portable ash trays, and dispose of any tobacco ash or waste you produce. Please adhere to proper smoking manners.
● If you damange any of the decorations, venue facilities, equipment and machinery, you will be charged.
● Since the weather in the mountains is unpredictable, please bring sufficient measures to protect against rain, intense sun and heat, cold weather and wind. Please note it can be extremely sunny and hot during the day, and extremely cold at night.
● The event will be cancelled in the event of a natural disaster, flood, earthquake, typhoon etc. We will not be able to provide a refund due to a natural event or due to adverse weather conditions.
● Please take all your trash home with you, do not leave any at the venue, and if you can please help to clear up and bring any garbage you see lying around.
● Please note there may be a change in event venue and location if necesssary based on the organizers judgement.
