大沢伸一レジデントパーティー THE YES 。 今回のゲストは、イギリスの出身の新鋭アーティスト NICK OLIVETTI が初登場する。 NICK OLIVETTI のこれまでのキャリアは、ロンドンにある一流スクールのサウンドエンジニアリング学科の卒業から始まり、世界的な有名バンド”レディオヘッド"の楽曲リミックス、CLAUDE VON STROKE が主宰する DIRTYBIRD RECORDS との契約など多岐に渡る。サウンドエンジニアとして豊富な経験をもつニックは、"IDJ MAGAZINE"誌の「注目アーティスト」に選ばれるなど、そのスキルを武器にハウスシーン、テックハウスシーンにおいて名声を手にしてきた。活動初期には、TRAPEZ、GREAT STUFF といったレーベルを自らの作品の発表の場としてきたが、現在は主にサンフランシスコに拠点を置く DIRTYBIRD で活動している。常に旬なアーティストをゲストに選び迎えている THE YES ならではのブッキング NICK OLIVETTI の登場に注目が集まる。

This evening's guest is up-and-coming British artist Nick Olivetti. Having graduated from one of London's foremost sound engineering schools Nick began his career remixing the world famous band Radiohead. Since then he's covered a lot of ground, including getting signed up by Claude VonStroke's label Dirtybird Records.
Being an experienced sound engineer he was even named "an artist to look out for" by iDJ Magazine. Armed with these skills Nick has made a name for himself in the house and tech house scenes. In the early days he released his music under labels such as Trapez and Great Stuff, but nowadays he's mainly active under the San Fransisco-based Dirtybird label. Always on the lookout for fresh artists, the rising star Nick Olivetti is a perfect booking for THE YES!
