STERNE

この夏も電気グルーヴとしてサマーソニックや、また自身としても FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL'13 などの大型フェスティバルへ出演が決定している石野卓球がレジデントをつとめる人気テクノパーティー STERNE。
8月のゲストは、フランス出身で現在はオランダのアムステルダムに拠点をかまえるSEBASTIEN LEGER が、約3年ぶりに WOMB へ帰還する。
プロの音楽家を両親にもち、幼少より本格的なピアノやドラム、そして音楽理論の教育をうけた SEBASTIEN は、テクノやハウスのシーンに傾倒し始めてから才能を開花させるまで多くの時間は要しなかった。
98年にはデビューEPをリリースし、その後は Josh Wink の Ovum や、Carl Cox の Intec よりリリースを果たし、トップアーティストの仲間入りをする。
07年より始動した自身のレーベル Mistakes Music も、トップアーティスト達のプレイリスト入りするヒット作をコンスタントにリリースし、シーンの重要なポジションを担っている。
今年15周年を迎える WIRE13 開催までおよそ1ヶ月となり、現在ノリにノっている石野卓球とSEBASTIEN の共演は、この夏のマストパーティーとなる事間違いないであろう！

Along with appearances scheduled at huge festivals like Summer Sonic as Denki Groove, and a solo set at FUJI ROCK FESTIVAL '13, Takkyu Ishino is serving as resident for the techno party STERNE.
August guest SEBASTIEN LEGER, born in France and currently based out of Amsterdam, makes his return to WOMB after a 3 year absence.
From a young age, SEBASTIEN received a full-blown education in piano, drums, and music theory due to both parents being professional musicians. It took no time for his talent to blossom once he began to focus in on the techno and house scenes. He released his debut EP in '98, which was followed by releases on Josh Wink's Ovum and Carl Cox's Intect labels, securing his entry into the echelon of top artists. SEBASTIEN occupies a pivotal position in the scene with his own label, Mistakes Music, constantly releasing hits that have been making into the top artist playlists since '07.
With only about a month away from WIRE13 welcoming its 15th anniversary, Takkyu Ishino and Sebastien's joint performance will no doubt be the mast party of the summer!
