Ooooze and TRI-BUTE throw their notorious Halloween event at one of the city's top clubbing venues, Legato. For their first ever collaboration, the two parties return to their roots with an event at Legato's 15th floor space. With a commanding view of Shibuya from it's floor to ceiling windows, Legato has been home to some truly inspired events and this year will be no exception.
