08年、「2E2L Recordings」を盟友Y-parkと共に設立。開始僅か1年半で120タイトルという怒濤の勢いでリリースを重ね、世界中から注目を集めている日本期待の新興ダンスミュージックレーベル2E2L。その「今」をとらえた秀逸な楽曲群は業界内外から熱い注目を浴び、支持と評価は広がる一方だ。自身制作面では6月全国CDリリースしたソロアルバムが異例のヒットを記録、そのオリジナリティ溢れる内容には各方面から賞賛の声が上がった。また、その後もリリースする各曲が世界で続々チャートイン。世界最大のDLサイト「Beatport」において「Lemon Heart and the Tokyo Syndrome」がTech Houseチャート12位（総合71位）、「Vadalico」がTechnoチャート16位、「4444r」が同チャート29位、「Silent Trick」が同チャート33位、「Air of the Year」がErectro Houseチャート33位、「News」が同チャート35位、「Point」がTranceチャート18位にランクインするなどワールドヒットを連発している。次世代を担う素材として内外の脚光を浴び、彼の動向にシーンの注目が集まっている。

In the competitive club scene in Tokyo, he not only has two residencies at No.1 club “WOMB” which is also ranked 4th among the world’s top clubs in “TOP100 CLUBS” of DJMAG, but also he’s been booked by 6 regular parties and always fills the floor with tons of lunatic Tokyo’s clubbers.
DJ LUU was brought up on music, being born of violinist mother and growing up with a cousin who now is a famous film music producer.
His deep ‘conversational’ DJ style is and has always been about collaboration with people who feel his vibes, smooth but very dynamic, under distinctive effects and equalizing techniques that are like no other people can play.
The style to express the excitement of basis of dance music to control smoothly the Tech House, Electro House, Techno, Progressive House and Brakes is what you can call his uniqueness.
In the 12 years of his contribution to the dance music scene, he has played with and earned unanimous acclaim from world-wide leading artists such as D. Ramirez、Adam K, Will Bailey, Spencer Parker, Felix B.(BASEMENT JAXX), DIMITRI, DJ HARVEY, OSUNLADE, DOC MARTIN, BAH SAMBA, ROMAIN, CRAIG RICHARDS, MAJOR BOYS, JAZZY JEFF, JON CUTLER, and ADAM SCOTT.
One of his successful party, 0-range started in 2001 at LOOP, Aoyama Tokyo. Unfortunately, at that time, a concept of ‘after party’ or ‘Sunday afternoon party’ was unfamiliar in Tokyo, however, the success of 0-range had spread the concept and he had became the major contributor to the new culture of the Sunday afternoon parties.
In 2005 and 2007, 0-range invited the Body & Soul’s producer, JOHN DAVIS, and won the high praise as a great Sunday afternoon party.
In 2006, DJ LUU started CSH4 (Case Study House Four) another but big Sunday afternoon party at WOMB, giving gorgeous and deep concepts to a new form of party, now it is becoming one of the biggest Sunday afternoon party in Japan.
In 2008, as a producer, he launched his own record label “2E2L (too early to be late)” aimed to fulfill the floor with the quality dance music.
Soon after the launch of the label, renown creators gathered around and has released over 120 titles within 2 year.
He release his own music while Djing as well as managing labels.
The sole album released in June of same year has recorded a big hit. It was praised by various areas due to its unique contents.
The hit continued worldwide and music released since have made to the chart.
His songs has been hitting the world chart by storm, “Lemon Heart and the Tokyo Syndrome” ranked 12th in Tech House chart, “Vadalico” ranked 16th in Techno chart, “Air of the Year” and “News” 33rd and 35th in the Electro House chart, “Point” 18th in Trance chart with the world biggest download music store “Beatport”.
